Warm-up:

Divide the group into 2

Each group will have a representative to get a letter so they can construct a word.

Line up all the players and place the bag of letter tiles 30-40 yds away.

After each set of exercises were complete,

PAX from the group will run up the stairs to pickup a scrabble tile and begin to complete a word.

Run back and begin doing the exercises again.

Once a PAX had a word, the group ran a lap and then started the next round.

3 Letter Word: 10 Each

Colt 45

4 Letter Word: 20 each

Calf raises, Bear Squat, Lunge Pulses (set)

RUN A LAP

FIA Name : 30 each

Glute Bridges, Dollys, LBC

RUN A LAP

FIA Lingo: 40 each (we didn’t get to this round)

Dead Lifts, Monkey Humpers, and Donkey Kicks (20 each leg)

A friend randomly sent a surprise package at my doorstep filled with goodies. Didn’t know about who sent it until I called the number listed outside the package. After texting her, she responded:

“Yes, all for you. There was supposed to be a note with the surprise. Sometimes, they are not so good about including the note.

The note said: "Just a little surprise to cheer you on as you focus mastering your degree. You're doing great! Hugs"”

— and it just made my entire week :blush:
