WHO WE ARE
FiA stands for Females in Action.

We are a community of women whose mission is to make each other stronger in all areas of our lives.
We do this through ‘actions’ which are focused on our:

BODIES: We organize FREE, peer-led workouts every day of the week
MINDS: We challenge each other to learn, grow and have faith interactions.
HEARTS: We give our time and resources to the community and invest in each other by joining together for coffee and FiA socials.

FiA Placer is one of many regions across the nation. Learn more about FiA Nation.

WHAT TO BRING
TO A WORKOUT
For most workouts, you’ll want to wear running shoes, bring workout or garden gloves to protect your hands, a yoga mat is also a must have. For weighted bootcamps, bring dumbbells or a kettlebell -- and know that we always have extras!

ABOUT OUR LINGO
When you come to your first FiA workout, you’ll receive a nickname and become part of the PAX (the group working out at a site that day). Our nicknames are intended to bring us together in a fun way and demonstrate our focus on community. Here's more about our lexicon.

WHAT TO EXPECT AT A FiA WORKOUT
Each workout is unique based on the Q (leader) that day. But, we follow the same format almost everyday. We usually kick off bootcamps with a warm up, do our workout, close out with announcements, name-O-rama (list of our nicknames) and our circle of trust, which includes a prayer, devotion or positive thought.
We always start and end on time!
