-Indian Run but 1st PAX does Burpees or Plank until passed by the 6, then becomes the 6Hill of a Ruck Relay
-Split into 2 groups, 1 group at the bottom of the hill & 1 group at the top of the hill
-1 PAX carries 20# ruck to the other group and hands it off
-all other PAX are doing AMRAP while waiting
