  • Medium F&B x7 each

  • Large F&B x7 each

Do-Ah-Diddy to the corner of Park & Farrier -Indian Run but 1st PAX does Burpees or Plank until passed by the 6, then becomes the 6Hill of a Ruck Relay -Split into 2 groups, 1 group at the bottom of the hill & 1 group at the top of the hill -1 PAX carries 20# ruck to the other group and hands it off -all other PAX are doing AMRAP while waiting

  • Alligator Merkins x14

  • Brooke Burkes (hip dips) x14

  • Curtsy Lunges x14

*only had time for each person to have the ruck 1 time Do-Ah-Diddy back to the parking lotUnder/Over Line (stationary) -In a single file line, pass the 20# plate over & under through the line (repeat 2x)Under/Over Line (traveling) -Same thing but after passing it, move to the front of the lineWeighted Sit Up Circle -Sitting in a circle, pass the 20# plate around -Do a BGSU after passing the plateCoT 2 Corinthians 12:9 "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is perfected in weakness."
