Warm-up:
Jumping jacks x10
Imperial Walkers x10
Cherry pickers x10
The Thang:
Divide into two groups and set mats at each end of the walkway a decent distance apart.
Group 1 does Exercise A while Group 2 does Exercise B. When Group 1 returns, switch.
Go up/down bleachers 3x in between each round.
Round 1
A: run to the far mats, do 15 merkins, run back
B: plank jacks
Round 2
A: run to far mats, do 15 Russian twists, lunge walk back
B: squats
Round 3
A: run to far mats, do 20 monkey humpers, run back
B: plank shoulder taps
Round 4
A: karaoke to far mats, do 20 tricep exercises, karaoke back
B: Boy bands

I’m excited about the motivation and accountability of the #healthyhabitschallenge but I’m always tempted with these challenges to revamp all the things in my life (which of course I can’t maintain). I love that we’ve just picked 3 simple areas to focus on, but still remember to give yourself grace, especially in 20 days or so when we’re not all as excited about being healthy
