11’s with 5 weighted step-ups between each exercise: BGSUPS and Wall Merkins
Then we circled our mats for some ab exercises: 20 each

Low dollys

Leg lift with hip thrusts
LBC
Bicycles
Glute brides
Glute bridge pulse
Walked a parking lot lap
Repeated abs but with 10 reps each.
COT: I was dealing with some disappointment over a canceled and hopefully now rescheduled trip. We all deal with disappointments, but it’s how we react that affects us.“Disappointment you bury in your heart becomes a bitter root. Disappointment you release to God becomes a seed of hope.”
