“I’m with the Band” Workout
Warm up: imperial walkers, grass grabbers, Phelps, neck rolls
THE THANG:
use resistance bands for all exercises
All counts are 15
Side step ins
Squats
Diagonal step with leg lifts L/R
Penguin walks
Arrow lunges with band pull back
Mosey
Banded arm circles - up/ down
Plank side taps with bands
Clam shells L/R
LBC with bands on calves
Bicycles with bands
STRETCH cool down
Use bands to deepen stretches
COT: lesson learned from 9/11, don’t let the bad guys (bad attitude, rude people, hormones, etc) win. Get out there and live your life.
Also, don’t let the toddler take our weights!!!!
