LAUNCH DAY


Warmup

10 rockets standing & bending down

10 arm circles forward & backward

10 arm flip flops


The Thang:

60 seconds of work, 15 seconds to transition. Everyone picked their corner, did first exercise at each station. Upon finishing, side stepped the stairs & ran a loop.


Corner 1

-upright row

-lateral raise

-bicep curl

-overhead tricep

-shoulder press


Corner 2

-squats

-calf raises

-dips

-jump squats

-push ups


Corner 3

-mountain climbers

-monkey humpers

-imperial walker

-sparky crabs


Corner 4

-side plank left

-side plank right

-wall sit

-carolina dry docks

-reverse lunges


CoT: Talked about Stampedes; there’s space to run or walk hurriedly but a crowd crush has no room, & often many are squished. Be safe! It’s a jungle out there, continue to live positive as we are so busy at this time.
