Warm up: 10- small arm circles forward and back 10- Big arm circles forward and back 10- grass grabbers
Side lunge right/left Raggedy Ann Standing knee holds Neck tilt walk lap
Walk/jog/sprint/walk 30/30/30/30 x2 Modifiers 30 seconds each side fire hydrants/donkey kicks
Wall work:x 3 10-step ups 10- wall push ups 10- tricep dips 10-plank jacks 10-squats
Musical balls x2 Walk in circle grab a ball when the music stops. When walking each round circle exercise changes- high knees, butt kickers, walking lunges pax that don’t get a ball hold a squat
Cool down: 10- small arm circles forward and back 10- Big arm circles forward and back 10- grass grabbers Side lunge right/left Raggedy Ann
