That Thang: Each exercise 3 x for 30 sec/10 sec rest using weights (1-9) or resistance band (10-18)

  7. Romanian deadlift

  8. Step up R

  9. Step up L

  10. Glute kickback R

  11. Glute kickback L

  12. "Clambake" R

  13. "Clambake" L

  14. Dolly

  15. Leg scissors

  16. Deadbug

  17. Bearcrawl shuffle

  18. Rotating side plank

COT: If you can't finish well, just finish. Sometimes that's enough to be proud of.
