Warmup:
10 arm circles forward and backward & 10 rockets
The Thang:
30 secs each exercise (3 rounds per block) 1 min break between each round
Legs (jump squat & side lunge with weight)
Arms (kettle bell swing & bicep curl to overhead press)
Upper (burpees & rengade rows)
Abs (mountain climbers & reverse crunch)
Legs (lunge jump & straight leg dead lift)
Arms (tricep kick back & lateral raise)
Upper (merkins & chest press)
Stretch like a Sloth!!!!
