Warmup:

10 arm circles forward and backward & 10 rockets


The Thang:

30 secs each exercise (3 rounds per block) 1 min break between each round

  1. Legs (jump squat & side lunge with weight)

  2. Arms (kettle bell swing & bicep curl to overhead press)

  3. Upper (burpees & rengade rows)

  4. Abs (mountain climbers & reverse crunch)

  5. Legs (lunge jump & straight leg dead lift)

  6. Arms (tricep kick back & lateral raise)

  7. Upper (merkins & chest press)

Stretch like a Sloth!!!!
