-10 arm circles forward

-10 arm circles backward

-10 hip rotations


The Thang

Walk the big lap with pit stops on the way!


Stop 1:

-10 front to side arm raises

-10 tricep kickbacks

-10 bicep curls

-10 overhead press

-10 doorknobs


Station 2:

-10 sumo squat

-10 deadlift

-10 side lunges left

-10 side lunges right

-10 monkey humpers


Stop 3:

-10 front to side arm raises

-10 tricep kickbacks

-10 bicep curls

-10 overhead press

-10 doorknobs


Station 4:

-10 sumo squat

-10 deadlift

-10 side lunges left

-10 side lunges right

-10 monkey humpers


Station 5 back at the mats (X2):

-20 glute bridges

-20 flutter kicks

-20 donkey kicks

-10 merkins
