B bear squats 100 A alligator merkins 150 D donkey kicks 200 A ass burners (glute bridge) 200 S sit up w/extension 150

S squats 100Dora style - one pax does the exercise other travels with 12pd ball or 10 pd weight above your head arms up….And just for fun use weights when you can for the exercises!!!!


COT: you are capable of way more than your brain gives you credit… So Do the Thing…
