Warm up: Arm circles f/b Stretches


The Thang: 10/10/1010 exercises, 10 reps each, goal of 10 rounds

  1. Squat to overhead press

  2. Side raise/front raise

  3. Tricep kickback

  4. Dead lift

  5. Weighted reverse lungs

  6. Standing crunch with weights

  7. Merkins

  8. Superman

  9. Leg lifts

  10. BGSU

After each round, lap the playground
