Water Aerobics

Circuit 1 : merkins on edge of pool (15)

donkey kicks (10 each leg)

fire hydrants (10 each leg)

Circuit 2 : squats (15)

lunges (10 each leg)

curtsy lunges (10 each leg)

Circuit 3 : tricep dips (15)

pool noodle curls (15)

pool noodle press (15)

Circuit 4 : flutter kicks (30 secs)

in & outs (15)

in & outs with a scissor (15)

Repeat

Mosey/walk back to ParkCOT : Do not let what happened yesterday take away from what today brings. Let it Go and enjoy what today can be.
