lunges (10 each leg)
curtsy lunges (10 each leg)
Circuit 3 : tricep dips (15)
pool noodle curls (15)
pool noodle press (15)
Circuit 4 : flutter kicks (30 secs)
in & outs (15)
in & outs with a scissor (15)
Repeat
