  1. Squats (backward bear crawl up the stairs (had to change to forward to save our shins and teeth) box jumps

  2. Incline push ups (crab walk) calf raise

Wall palates (2 rounds with 1min rest)


30sec wall sit Strait to 30sec with arms over head) 25 toe reaches 20 glute bridges 20 wall taps 20 wall lunges (each side) 20 wall pushups


COT: remember not to isolate yourself and surround yourself with your people!
