Cherry Pickers x10
Imperial Walkers x10
Arm circles forward and backwards x10
The Thang:
Mosey to stairs and line up at top.
First in line runs down and back up stairs while everyone else does combo of bicep curl/overhead press/overhead tricep drop. She then goes to the back of the line and next person runs. Continue until everyone has run the stairs.
Repeat before moving to next exercises - LBC and pendulum squats during stair runs.
Mosey to field light post.
