The Thang:
10 exercises, each for 100 sec (80s exercise + 20s side-to-side crab walk to next station). Quick run through the waves and jump to the sandbar! Then repeat the stations.
Stations:
Beach bucket single leg squat or RDL (switch sides after 10 count, repeat)
Paddle board row to squat
Pass the Frisbee plank
Starfish jumping jacks
Narwhal (switch legs after 10 count, repeat)
Beach ball v-up (pass from legs to arms, stretch out, pass back to legs, repeat)
Swim medley (superman swimming for 10 sec count, then flip over to flutter kicks 10 sec count, repeat)
Dolphin push up
Ride the wave (surf-board burpee)
Kayak/russian twist with beach towe
lCOT: As we got closer to hitting our 100 mark, instead of making it a competition we were excited about doing it together, and we had a lot of fun creating a beach-themed workout together. We appreciated all the love from our FiA family as well!
