Warm up - 10 arm circles F & B

Lap around (running) stopping every 20 sidewalk squares & do 10 squats….


The Thang -

Starfish

See picture below….

Round 1 after each cone go to middle to do 5 burpee than next cone etc…

Round 2 same but do exercise #2 (labeled on cone)

Round 3 pick either one Almost done….

Abs of death!!!!

Circle up and sit down nice and close, legs held up above the cones while passing 2 medicine balls around, lifting above head before you can pass it…. Some of us got a little fancy with some fancy leg moves…lol

Continue until the song ends…
