Alternate hip rotations
Rt leg up, down to 90*, up
Lft leg up, down to 90*, up
Glute bridge while rt leg out to side and back
Glute bridge while left left leg out to side/back
Step up wall and back down(up,up, down,down)
V crunch
Alternate crunch toe touch
Crunch up, down, glute raise
Side arm stretch to knee
Alternating hip circles
Standing plié squat
Back crunch, stomach on mat, going back to wall
Cobra stretch
Alternating arm reach through
Down dog up and downs
Inch worm/squat
Finished with:
Wall push ups 20
Russian twists 20 IC
Reverse crunches 20
Burpees 10
Boy bands 20
