Warmup -10 arm circles forward -10 arm circles backward -10 knee hugs -10 grass grabbers


The Thang Pax complete 1 minute/exercise with 20 second transition in between. After all 10 exercises, take a lap and repeat.

  • Monkey Humpers

  • Pendulum Squat

  • RDL

  • Elbow to Knee

  • Gunshow

  • Narrow squat

  • Alt. Shoulder taps

  • Narwahls

  • Tricep Kickbacks
