Warmup: 10 - arm circles (forward and backward) 10- rockets


The Thang:

Cut Your Losses 100 each, if you stop penalty to complete (1/2 of the remainder) e.g.-if you stop at 40 then complete half of the remaining 60/2=30 and then start exercise again at 41 till you reach 100.

  1. Shoulder tap (2:1)/squats

  2. Flutter kicks (2:1)/Merlin’s

  3. Thread the needle/lunges

  4. Box cutters/mountain climbers
