Mosey to dirt hill


-Split Merkins (one hand on curb, other hand on the ground) x12

Mosey up the hill

-Curtsy Lunges x12

Mosey down the hill


Repeat x7


Mosey back to benches and partner up

-Partner 1 does exercise until Partner 2 returns

-Partner 2 travels around the roundabout and switches with Partner 1

-choice depending on most recent exercise
