An accumulation of reps for two exercises completed back to back. Example: Push Ups and Shoulder Taps. Do 1 Push Up, followed by 2 Shoulder Taps, then 2 Push Ups followed by 4 Shoulder Taps. Then 3 Push Ups followed by 6 Shoulder Taps...all the way to 5 and 10.
Merkins/shoulder tap hold plank to pick up 6
Squats/monkey humpers hold squat to pick up 6
V-ups/ BGS hold “V” to pickup 6
Box jump(curb jump)/calf raise tipee toe hold to pick up 6
Plank Jack/fire hydrant (both legs) hold glute bridge to pick up 6
Ankle bitters/heels to heaven
After each round run a lap…if you get trivia question wrong penalty 3 burpees and a NUR instead of run
