Warm up- 10 motivators evens only
The thang:
First set 20 reps pause then 2nd set 24 reps and go to next exercise until done. complete a 2nd round only 4 reps each. Work outs below.

Mat work: fire hydrant hold 1 minute plus 20 pluses, then switch sides, glute bride hold 1 mins pulse 20 times.
Bicycle 1 minutes, reverse crunch 1 minute. Then plank hold while pax shares 1 word/goal/resolution that resonates with the new year (ended up being a 3 minute plank hold!)
