Warm-up Arm circles f/b 10 Shoulder stretch 10 Imperial Walkers 10 Rockettes 10 Grass grabbers 10 Cherry pickers 10


The Thang:Shuttle Run Rounds Round one: run and upon each return do 10 merkins Round two: walking lunges and upon each return do 10 BGSU Round three: karaoke and upon each return do 10 squats.

Small lap (walk)

Cones are in a line. Each pax will take a turn to dribble the soccer ball in figure eights, while they are going remaining pax stay back and do the following: Boy bands Burpees Hold plank Russian twist Donkey kicks Peter Parker’s Carolina dry dock Monkey humpers Glute bridges Raggedy Ann


Large lap (jog)

Captain Thor

Small lap (walk)

We then split into two teams and played 5 minutes of soccer.


COT: It’s ok to change plans, but you have to have a plan. Also, it’s ok to fail. You can’t succeed without failure.
