Warm-up:

Stretches

Cherry Pickers x10

Arm Circles forward and backwards x10


The Thang:

(modified for 3 Pax)

Powerwalk of the large loop back to the mats

Merkins x5

Crab dips x5

Bicep curl to overhead press x5


LBC x20

Narwhals x20


Pendulum Squats x5

Bear Squats x5

Curtsey Lunges x5


Repeat LBCs and Narwhals x20

Start circuit over doing x10 reps of each exercise

Powerwalk of the large loop back to the mats


Pilates circuit:

Lifted leg kicks x10

Leg pulls x10

Dolphin press x10

Bridge single leg kicks x10


COT: #aovortex is changing sites to mix things up and bring some change. Familiarity and comfort are good things but sometimes they can lead to staleness. I don't love change but shaking up my routine and getting out of a rut, in many areas of life, often brings a freshness and new life to what otherwise might be stagnant.
