Repeat LBCs and Narwhals x20
Start circuit over doing x10 reps of each exercise

Pilates circuit:
Lifted leg kicks x10
Leg pulls x10
Dolphin press x10
Bridge single leg kicks x10
COT: #aovortex is changing sites to mix things up and bring some change. Familiarity and comfort are good things but sometimes they can lead to staleness. I don't love change but shaking up my routine and getting out of a rut, in many areas of life, often brings a freshness and new life to what otherwise might be stagnant.
