Warm up: Weighted Mosey-ish to grass 10 jumping jacks in cadence


That Thang: 40 sec exercise/10 sec rest/set 30 sec rest between sets X 2 rounds

  5. Around the world

  7. Chest press

  8. Superman shoulder squeeze

  9. Plank

  1. Iso table top press

  2. Brooke Burke's

  3. Triceps kickbacks

  4. 100s

  5. 100s

  6. Triceps dips

  7. Sprinter crunches

  8. Legs raised toe touch

  9. Tate press

  10. Diamond push-ups

PAX sit in a circle, legs out. All do Russian twists while a 10 lb weight is passed around the circle twice.


COT: Exercise = good mental health care. When I'm stressed and busy, my tendency is to skip workouts. That is the exact opposite of what I need to do! Exercise is an excellent negative energy purge and mood booster.
