“Loop de Lou” -Find a circle to run,


Partner up. Complete an exercise then run opposite ways on the loop. Once you meet on the loop, complete another set of the same exercise.

  • [ ] 10 Arm circles forward

  • [ ] 10 arm circles backward

  • [ ] 10 rockets


The Thang:


7 of Diamond:


PAX travel around a diamond (baseball field type set up) doing 7 reps of one exercise at each base/cone. PAX do 14 reps of a different exercise the second time around the diamond, 21 reps the third time, 28 reps the fourth time, 21 reps the fifth time, 14 reps the sixth time, and back to 7 reps the seventh time around.

NUR7-squats


14-shoulder taps


21-boy bands


28-monkey humpers


Repeat going down! 


COT: do fun having all the FNGs come out :)
