Warm Up

Big arm circles (10 forward & back)

Michael Phelps (10)

Neck Rolls (10 each way)

Hip Circles (10 each leg)


5 Stations

Merkins, Deadbugs, In/Out on Bench, Bear Crawl in Place & Squats


Partner Up at each cone (labeled with an exercise)

One partner runs around outer circle while other partner does AMP reps of exercise. When running partner returns, both move onto next station

30 minutes (did about 4 rounds)


ABS : 8 abs exercises for 1 minute each (for 8/1)

Plank Reach

Plank Twist

Plank Jacks

Reverse Crunch

Flutter Kicks

Bicycles

Balanced Tucks

Plank Hold


COT: Shared that support of family & friends has been important to myself and my family over this past week as we have dealt with some tough struggles. Check in on friends and give a hug, you never know if they might just need one.
