THAT THANG:“30 seconds/30 reps”

1.Drill 1 – Squat Jumps & Push-ups

Set 1: 30 squat jumps, 30 push-ups

Set 2: 30 seconds squat jumps, 30 seconds push-ups

2.Drill 2 – Triceps Dips & Step-Ups on benches

3.Drill 3 – Burpees & Mt. Climbers

4.Drill 4 – Box Jumps & Bicep Curls w/ bands

5.Drill 5 – Seated Row w/ Band & Leg Lifts

6.Drill 6 – Alternating Lunges (while returning coupons) & Bear squats

I'm learning (as I advance in years) to listen to my gut/intuition/inner voice, which gives me better results than if I ignore her. Are you making space to listen to your inner voice as well?
