Warm up: mosey to pick up coupons and back to the picnic area

1.Drill 1 – Squat Jumps & Push-ups
Set 1: 30 squat jumps, 30 push-ups
Set 2: 30 seconds squat jumps, 30 seconds push-ups
2.Drill 2 – Triceps Dips & Step-Ups on benches
3.Drill 3 – Burpees & Mt. Climbers
4.Drill 4 – Box Jumps & Bicep Curls w/ bands
5.Drill 5 – Seated Row w/ Band & Leg Lifts
6.Drill 6 – Alternating Lunges (while returning coupons) & Bear squats
